A reputed Hotels Management Company based in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist cum Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused and has experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
2. Manage the front desk operations efficiently (calls, emails, inquiries).
3. Coordinate between departments for smooth operational flow.
4. Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
5. Maintain records and assist with basic administrative tasks.
6. Support management in day-to-day coordination tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE-based hotel or hospitality management company
Minimum qualification: High School diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and general front desk systems
Must be a female candidate
Must be available to join immediately
What We Offer:
