• Streamline backend operations and systems
• Coordinate projects across content, coaching, tech, and sales teams
• Manage tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho)
• Support the founder with day-to-day execution and tracking
• Stay proactive, solutions-oriented, and deeply accountable
