Job Description: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. If you have a passion for social media, expertise in campaign management, and a proven track record in growing online communities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advertising Campaign Management:
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Telegram.
• Develop comprehensive media plans, create banners/animations, and write compelling copy for up to 10 campaigns monthly on Facebook and Instagram, and at least 5 campaigns on LinkedIn and TikTok.
2. Social Media Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement a long-term social media growth and engagement strategy.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies.
3. Organic Promotion and Engagement:
• Launch and manage organic promotion programs to foster growth and engagement on social networks.
• Moderate comments and direct messages, passing them to the relevant teams if needed.
4. Content Creation and Management:
• Create a monthly content plan (CP).
• Develop 5 posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and TikTok news feeds per week.
• Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels/TikTok.
• Select relevant hashtags to maximize reach and publish content daily.
5. Optimization and Reporting:
• Continuously optimize content and strategies for improved performance.
• Provide daily updates and detailed monthly performance reports.
6. Performance Monitoring & KPIs:
• Track and report on key metrics to ensure all social media activities meet or exceed established KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling content.
• Experience with analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns at once.
