📍 Job Opportunity: Full-Time Digital Marketing Executive (Remote - Based in Beirut)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Location: Remote (occasional on-ground shoots or events in Beirut)

Lemun Peel is an online-based creative agency specializing in digital marketing, PR, branding, and content strategy. We work with brands, artists, and businesses to build relevant, well-executed campaigns—both online and offline. From social media plans to on-ground activations, we focus on smart ideas, strong visuals, and meaningful engagement. Our approach is rooted in cultural awareness, creative direction, and a hands-on understanding of what makes a brand connect.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position that requires creativity, agility, and strong organizational skills. You’ll be expected to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, juggling tasks like content creation, campaign planning, and event execution — both online and offline. You’ll work closely with our founder and collaborators to brainstorm ideas, implement strategies, and see each project through from concept to execution. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies (digital and offline) tailored to each client
- Build monthly content plans and social media calendars
- Write on-brand copy for captions, emails, ads, scripts, and more
- Edit short-form video content
- Design visuals and brand assets
- Capture photo and video content during shoots, events, or pop-ups
- Attend and manage on-ground activations
- Coordinate logistics for events (scheduling, vendor follow-up, shotlists, etc.)
- Maintain and update client databases, mailing lists, and digital folders
- Create email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences
- Research trends and prepare moodboards, references, and strategy decks
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, viral trends, and AI tools
- Track content performance and assist with monthly reporting
- Support ad hoc tasks that may arise across accounts
Requirements:
- Based in Beirut and available for occasional in-person shoots or events
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or creative strategy
- Strong social media knowledge
- Skilled in Google Suite, CapCut, and Canva Pro
- Comfortable with content creation (photo/video)
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative storytelling
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pivot quickly
- Highly organized
